3D Scanning
3D scans or point clouds have become an increasingly valuable asset in equipment and factory design. Being able to determine precise measurements a spacial context allows us to determine exact equipment dimensions or how new equipment is going to fit into a particular space. Additionally, 3D scanning can be used for Volumetric calculations when determine stock counts – removing manual calculations which are prone to errors.
Laboratory Equipment
Sugarequip has been a long term partner of the SMRI (Sugar Milling Research Institute) in South Africa where we have been the manufacturing and sales partner of their designs. filtration and Screening
Sugarequip has strong history in filtering and screening with multiple agencies and partnerships over the years. This includes products such as Mud Filter Screens (Rotary Vacuum), Centrifuge batch screens as well as continuous screens, Vibrating screens and any type of woven meshes.
Our preferred filtration specialists are Andritz and we have partnered with them to provide all of their separating and filtering technology into the Sugar Industry in Southern Africa. Read more on our Filtration and Screening page.
Parts and spares
Supporting our equipment design and manufacturing capabilities is our ability to provide full support for most industrial equipment. From nuts and bolts up to sight glasses and seals.
